Customers may return unused products for a full refund within 48 hours of receipt, provided the product and packaging are complete, undamaged, and notification is received in writing within this timeframe. Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been used, damaged, or if any packaging components are missing.

Our specialists will assist in diagnosing the issue and, where appropriate, arrange repair or replacement under warranty.
