All em-trak AIS products are backed up with a global 3 year warranty. In the unlikely event of a problem please follow the procedure below:
If you purchased via a dealer or distributor please contact them to arrange for your unit to be evaluated.
OR
If you purchased direct from em-trak please send an email to support@em-trak.com detailing the issue and one of our support experts will work with you to resolve your issue or arrange the repair or replacement of your em-trak product.
The warranty is invalidated if the product has been incorrectly used, damaged or tampered with.
